No longer Newlyweds

Well it is now official. Betsy and I are no longer newlyweds.

But our one year anniversary was great. The hotel was spectacular and the Freedom Center was very interesting and thought provoking. They aren't just about the Underground Railroad. They push people to think about what freedom means in everyday life. Very cool.

The hotel had a huge jacuzzi tub that could fit like 3 people! We made sure to get our moneys worth by taking two baths, with bubbles. Oh yeah! The hotel itself is an amazing place. It is on the National Registry of Historic Places and was THE place to be in the 30's. It still is a world class hotel and its kept all the amazing touches of that bygone era. The dining room in particular is quite a treat. If you ever get a chance to stay downtown in Cincinnati, I can highly recommend the Hilton Netherland Plaza in Carew Tower.
