New Jersey Sues Blockbuster over supposed "no late fees"

Here's an update to an earlier post I made concerning Blockbuster's rather shady new business model.

Apparently New Jersey thought much the same way I did. Blockbuster isn't getting rid of late fees, it is just adding new hidden costs. Here's the article.
