Now you are all wondering what happened with the house, right? I shouldn't tell you just to make sure you keep coming back to the blog, but that wouldn't be right, now would it?
The offer was rejected. So when it says it is under contract, its talking about someone else. Of course it was under contract before, and it didn't work out. Who knows what the future holds?
Here comes the rationalization:
- Too much work to be done on the house
- Price was too high for what the house was worth
- Don't need to move
- We like where we are
- What with the new job, a new house would've been too stressfull
- With all the new babies in the family no one would have the time to help work on the house.
- The yard was pretty lame, wasn't it?
- I think the next door neighbors were probably mean anyhow.
- Who wants that stinky house anyway?!
Your thoughts...

Lukey - I agree with Uncle John on this one....God has a plan for each and every one of us and it all works out eventually - be patient. Patience is certainly not one of my virtues but I can dole out that advice. Plus, this was the first house you two have been really serious about and use it as a learning experience. Have to love me.
I'm your VA Mum.
Those neighbors are cat and dog haters, too.
