We are both very, very excited about it. If you haven't taken a look at the pictures I posted earlier, do so here. It is an amazing house.
Below is a picture with our realtor from Hoeting Realtors. She was a saint. It was a sell by owner, and they weren't very sure of what they were doing. So we had to bend over backwards to get this house. But we're so glad we did. It turns out that after they accepted our offer (a full price offer!), they received quite a few other full price offers. They had the nerve to ask Tina, our realtor, if they should tell them that they have another offer. She was like "YES!!". I mean how dumb can you be.
Well, I'm sure they just wanted to do everything right, and were being overly cautious about it all. But it was a wild and crazy ride no matter what.

Well Lew, it is a done deal now. You can breathe again....I don't think you and Betsy could have smiled any bigger.
It is a fine looking house and I am looking forward to one day having a tour. I will give you fair warning so you can clean the bathroom.
